Putting up the tree

Sunday afternoon we finally got the living room cleaned up enough to bring the tree in. I am having the swim team Christmas party Saturday so I really need to do a lot of cleaning this week!

Here is Jim sawing off the bottom of the tree.

Onyx likes playing with the stump Jim chops off. After Jim threw it to her and she played with it for a little while I decided to look up whether or not that was dangerous. I didn't find anything that said it was so we let her go at it!

After playing for a little while Onyx finally realized that there was a tree in our house! She was pretty confused.

After the tree got put up, fell, and then got put up again we decided to take a break and head over to Target. We got some stocking hangers, some gifts, cereal, and a few other things. I LOVE Target!! It is a dangerous place for me. I can't wait to go after Christmas to get all of the decorations on sale!
